Young Rising Talent: Suburban Shoguns

Suburban Shoguns previously known as Prime Society is a group of young teenagers Bishop Nehru, Que Hampton, Iggy Dash and Massology. They  combine their talents of producing, photography and graphic design to create their own image and expose people to their music. Although they are a group each member has a style of their own to collectively make good hip hop music. In a matter of a year (2012- present) they released a total of four mixtapes: Nehruvia: The Mixture, Right Unders. Vol.1, The Chosen One, and The Study of Mass.  Suburban Shoguns is a group to look out for in the near future, they are definitely talented and seem to have the drive to succeed in the music industry. Be on the look out for their group album. Check out and download their music below.

B. Smyth Performs On Power99 FM

As an avid youtube user, I come across videos of people showcasing their talents whether it is singing, dancing or acting. I'm pretty sure a few ladies know about Brandon Smith also known as B. Smyth from his many covers to R&B songs on youtube. Being featured on worldstarhiphop.com created a huge buzz for him and enabled him to get where he is today. He is currently signed to Mowtown Records and is working with various artists such as 2 Chainz who will be featured on his radio single "Leggo". B. Smyth has come a long way since his covers on youtube and we should be hearing and seeing more of him very soon. Check out him performing "Write A Letter" and "Leggo" on Power99 FM below.

•

CosmicArmy x L.O.D (Living our Dreams) is an up and coming hip-hop group composed of various teenagers out of Brooklyn.  This group is  equipped with all the elements to eventually make it big in the hip hop scene with their own photographers, models, rappers, singers and promoters.  CosmicArmy x L.O.D have been rapping for a few years now and recently released their latest mixtape entitled "Solar Invasion" last month.  This mixtape highlights the growing talent of  JonDoe, Klover, Ice, LosTheGod, Brook Leon and Bless which are the rappers of the group covering topics of living your dreams and having goals.  They have a lot of potential to expand their talent and are off to a good start, this is only the beginning of CosmicArmy x L.O.D. Im looking forward to seeing how much they grow.
